What it means:
To be successful as an Account Executive, you should be able to manage and develop your accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Ultimately, we need an experienced professional with strong communication, customer service, and account management skills. There is a lot of autonomy in this position. We need a person who is highly organized and accomplished at solving problems and making sure projects reach their goals in a timely manner.
TL;DR:
You’ll help support new business, run accounts, help to create strategies, run campaigns, oversee content creation, do research and reporting. You’ll also help to support the entire team.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience with account management
- Experience managing multiple accounts
- Strong customer service and project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
- Experience in professional social media management preferred but not required
Duties
- Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets & expenditures
- Organize & participate in stakeholder/client meetings & conference calls
- Document & follow up on important actions & decisions from meetings
- Communicate project changes/updates to those who need to know
- Ensure project deadlines & project milestones are met by the team
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Develop project strategies
- Learn and demonstrate how to read and leverage insights and metrics that help build strategies to meet client objectives
- Help create insight reports to show clients how Ghost’s work is moving the needle
- Learn and demonstrate how to read and leverage insights and metrics that help build strategies to meet client objectives
- Help manage client social media channels
- Provide administrative support for billing as needed
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal & objective
- Grow proficiency in the following platforms and software: Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), Google Analytics, WordPress, Email tools (like MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Help with general admin tasks as needed; answer phones, door and other general office tasks
- Act as production assistant when needed; help prepare the set with props, equipment, etc., prepare & distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets), coordinate actors & extras staffing / scheduling, conduct crowd control, e.g. putting up signs, directing pedestrians away from filming, lock down sets etc., act as a runner distributing messages or items within film crew and cast, undertake errands as assigned
